Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in [UK warehouse / CN direct] within 1–2 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Cut-off time for same-day dispatch: Orders placed before [14:00 BST] (Mon–Fri) may be dispatched the same day subject to stock availability. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping options & estimated delivery times
We offer the following shipping options (actual services, delivery windows and costs will be shown at checkout):

Standard UK (economy) — typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Carrier: [carrier name, e.g. Royal Mail / DPD].

Express UK (next-day / 1–2 day) — typically 1–2 business days after dispatch (orders must meet same-day cut-off). Carrier: [carrier name, e.g. DPD / UPS].

International (Europe) — typically 5–12 business days after dispatch (depending on destination).

International (Rest of world) — typically 7–20 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs).
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They do not include weekends or public holidays and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier tracking to update.
Customs, duties & taxes (International orders)
For international orders shipped outside the UK, import duties, taxes or brokerage fees may apply in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more details. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or alter customs documentation to avoid duties.
Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

Lost parcels: If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local depot and contact us within 7 days. We will assist with an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and take photos of the damage and the box.

Delayed deliveries: Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will contact the carrier on your behalf.
Multiple items & combined shipping
If you purchase multiple items in a single order, we will ship them together where possible. In some cases items may ship separately from different warehouses — if that happens you will receive separate tracking numbers and the delivery times for each parcel may differ.
Address changes & failed delivery attempts
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Re-delivery or return shipping costs may apply before we can resend the item.
